The technical data sheets or product descriptions on the metireggioemilia.it website may undergo changes without notice.

2. PACKAGING
The price of the product includes packaging.

3. DELIVERIES
All products will be shipped via MAILBOXES ETC courier.
Delays in deliveries cannot be attributed to the seller. The delivery terms are considered purely informative.
The buyer will never be able to make claims for damages or anything else caused by the delay in delivery.

Strikes, disasters, causes of force majeure free the seller from any obligation of any agreed delivery time.

The storage caused by the unavailability of the Buyer or for another reason connected to him and not attributable to the seller or courier, will result in a commission paid by the Buyer, towards the seller, of an amount calculated according to the rates applied by the courier used

The Buyer will never be exposed to the risk of theft or loss of the products purchased as shipments are entrusted to professional couriers depending on the type of object. Mèti is liable to the buyer for the risks that transport entails.

Once the purchased products have been shipped, Mèti will send an email with the tracking of the products.

INTEGRITY OF THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED

Check the integrity of the packages immediately and if you find any anomalies, do not collect the package and immediately notify our customer service.
Failure to carry out this procedure will void the delivery damage insurance.

4. COMPLAINTS
Any type of complaint must be submitted in writing via email to info@metireggioemilia.it within 7 days of receipt of the products.

5. WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED
The associated warranty period is indicated in the data sheet of each product purchased on the site.
In the event of problems arising under warranty you will have to send the product back to us for assistance (unless otherwise agreed).
In the absence of indication, the legal guarantee applies.

6. JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.

For the "CUSTOMER" or "CONSUMER"
Any dispute that cannot find an amicable solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the CUSTOMER, if located in the territory of the State.

For the "CUSTOMER" or "PROFESSIONAL"
Any dispute arising between the parties regarding the interpretation, validity or execution of these general conditions of sale, which does not find an amicable solution, will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Reggio Emilia.

In any case, it is possible to optionally resort to the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale.
